A local-first idea manager. Every idea is a stamp, folders track its status, and Claude turns a loose sentence, a voice memo or a long chat into a plan you can schedule.

Case Study
My ideas were scattered across notes, chats and voice memos, and few ever got a next step. Idea Post gathers them in one place and runs on my laptop.
Ideas live as stamps in four folders: Inbox, Incubating, Queued and Active. Moving one into Active first checks a work-in-progress limit, so only a few projects run at once.
⌘K to type or speak a note (transcribed locally with whisper.cpp), and Claude sorts it into draft cards. ⌘J opens a chat for thinking an idea through; when it’s ready, Claude proposes a card and “File it” sends it to its folder. Nothing is saved without your confirmation.
Each idea gets its own stamp: choose an image, print it, punch the perforations, and tear it off.
Plan projects every milestone onto a calendar from a weekly time budget. Canvas is a free board for all ideas that copies into Figma as editable vectors.
